Changes for version 1.02 - 2003-11-21

fixed test problems with cr/lf files. modified module to better handle them and when the rec_sep is set all tests now work on unix and windows

Read a file backwards by lines.

To install File::ReadBackwards, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::ReadBackwards

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::ReadBackwards
