Fixed Test::Differences issue in t/mm_coverage.t
Module now exports function C<testcover> for use when the Makefile.PL already has a C<MY::postamble>

add a Makefile target to determine test coverage using Devel::Cover

To install ExtUtils::MakeMaker::Coverage, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ExtUtils::MakeMaker::Coverage

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ExtUtils::MakeMaker::Coverage
