Added minimum perl version required information. Upgraded to Module::Install 0.95. Now depends on Data-Serializable 0.03.

To install Log::UDP::Server, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::UDP::Server

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::UDP::Server
