Fixed
- Added primary keys to the tables missing them. This improves performance of the larger tables on distributed MySQL derivatives like Galera. Thanks Alan Lee of @GrantStreetGroup for providing this fix!

To install Minion::Backend::mysql, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Minion::Backend::mysql

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Minion::Backend::mysql
