Alien-libpcre

Changes for version 0.02 - 2021-11-15

Use hard coded full path to tarball, as PCRE1 has been EOLd and there is unlikely to be another new version, now fetching from (unofficial) sourceforce mirror as the old https is gone (gh#5, gh#8)
Documentation now makes it clear that this is for the older and no longer supported PCRE1 (gh#7, gh#8)

Find or download and install libpcre (The "Perl Compatible" Regular Expressions library)

To install Alien::libpcre, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::libpcre

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::libpcre
