Support new Reflex::Event interface. Update the example code and tests. Ultimately, stave off the bitrot.

Provides a consumable Reflex-based multiplexing TCP server behavior

To install Reflexive::Role::TCPServer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Reflexive::Role::TCPServer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Reflexive::Role::TCPServer
