Changes for version 2.16.2 - 2018-03-04

Require Cwd 3.73 to avoid issue with infinite recursion in abs_path. Hopefully this fixes issues with FB::l croaking on sanity check for "abs_path '//'" (RT #124335).
If this doesn't work I'll have to replace the abs_path check with "-e '/.' && -e '/..'" as test for working abs_path (vs. using rel2abs).

locate and a 'use lib' or export directories based on $FindBin::Bin.

stable version of code for older perl installations.

To install FindBin::libs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FindBin::libs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FindBin::libs
