add max_num option to split method. add max_number option to write_files method.

split text file to some parts(from one line start to another/same line end)

To install Text::Parts, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Parts

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::Parts
