Changes for version 0.06 - 2011-12-15

skip test when perl version < 5.8 add all and write_file method to Text::Parts::Part. add write_files method to Text::Parts.

split text file to some parts(from one line start to another/same line end)

To install Text::Parts, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Parts

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::Parts
