Changes for version 0.09

Added many package name overrides from the Arch website. Removed use of Readonly, now we only need core modules. Now searches for non-perl dependencies as well! (ie for XS modules) Tweaked PKGBUILD again.

To install CPANPLUS::Dist::Arch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPANPLUS::Dist::Arch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPANPLUS::Dist::Arch
