- change podtidy's CREDITS to refer to Pod::Tidy's CREDITS
- add GOTCHAS and Efficiency concerns to podtidy both referring to Pod::Tidy
- move $POD_WS_TAIL & $POD_WS_TRIMMED into Test::Pod::Tidy
- mangle newlines on all strings in Test::Pod::Tidy with Encode::Newlines to fix tests on Win32, reported by Michael Cartmell <Michael.Cartmell@thomson.com>
