implemented & 0xffffffff where required to constrain integers to 32 bits on 64 bit systems. thanks to almut from perlmonks for the testing and the solution.

To install Math::Random::MT::Perl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::Random::MT::Perl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::Random::MT::Perl
