Fixed build failure on Hurd (bug #74165, reported and patched by Salvatore Bonaccorso)

To install Math::Random::MT, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::Random::MT

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::Random::MT
