refactored api to get uniformed call syntax byte2string becomes byte_to_string, tohash ->to_hash gettype -> get_type & in is now a class method
more tests

To install XML::IDMEF, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::IDMEF

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::IDMEF
