Changes for version 0.12

Fix test-suite so that it also (presumably) passes all tests in Win with strawberry perl.

control which code will be loaded for an execution context

To install persona, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm persona

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install persona
