Changes for version 0.09

Change in the test-suite so that tests should also run ok on Windows with Strawberry Perl.

conditionally enable text within pod sections as code

To install ifdef, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ifdef

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ifdef
