Changes for version 0.017

Happy New Year everyone. Minor change to Goose in attempt to clean it up a little and make it as independent as possible, I have removed the Try::Tiny dependency. Goose now needs no dependencies. Some pod changes were made, too. Goose now loads warnings and strict for you when you 'use Goose'.
