Reorganized code a bit to accommodate easier subclassing for customizing lexers.
Made lexer() a settable part of object.

Titlecase English words by traditional editorial rules.

Titlecase English words which contain HTML markup by traditional editorial rules.

To install Lingua::EN::Titlecase, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::EN::Titlecase

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::EN::Titlecase
