Changes for version 0.10 - 2008-10-02

Just twiddled the requirements calls in the Makefile. I can't figure out why testers are failing it for prereqs it *is* listing. Someone recently mentioned this same problem on use.perl so I'm giving this a shot.
Spelling fix in Pod.
Updated tests and test server script too.

OpenID credential for Catalyst::Plugin::Authentication framework.

To install Catalyst::Authentication::Credential::OpenID, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::Authentication::Credential::OpenID

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::Authentication::Credential::OpenID
