- Move distribution to Dist::Zilla.
- Modifications mainly relevant with creating a suitable dist.ini and making sure that tests can be run without any problems reported. - Had to switch off Perl::Critic check of 'use strict' as the automatic insertion of $VERSION by PkgVersion module of Dist::Zilla is being done right after the package first line. A workaround would be to use strict before the package declaration, but this is awkward.
