NAME

Paws::S3Control::CreateAccessPoint - Arguments for method CreateAccessPoint on Paws::S3Control

DESCRIPTION

This class represents the parameters used for calling the method CreateAccessPoint on the AWS S3 Control service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method CreateAccessPoint.

You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to CreateAccessPoint.

SYNOPSIS

    my $s3-control = Paws->service('S3Control');
    my $CreateAccessPointResult = $s3 -control->CreateAccessPoint(
      AccountId                      => 'MyAccountId',
      Bucket                         => 'MyBucketName',
      Name                           => 'MyAccessPointName',
      PublicAccessBlockConfiguration => {
        BlockPublicAcls       => 1,    # OPTIONAL
        BlockPublicPolicy     => 1,    # OPTIONAL
        IgnorePublicAcls      => 1,    # OPTIONAL
        RestrictPublicBuckets => 1,    # OPTIONAL
      },    # OPTIONAL
      VpcConfiguration => {
        VpcId => 'MyVpcId',    # min: 1, max: 1024

      },    # OPTIONAL
    );

    # Results:
    my $AccessPointArn = $CreateAccessPointResult->AccessPointArn;

    # Returns a L<Paws::S3Control::CreateAccessPointResult> object.

Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/s3-control/CreateAccessPoint

ATTRIBUTES

REQUIRED AccountId => Str

The AWS account ID for the owner of the bucket for which you want to create an access point.

REQUIRED Bucket => Str

The name of the bucket that you want to associate this access point with.

For using this parameter with Amazon S3 on Outposts with the REST API, you must specify the name and the x-amz-outpost-id as well.

For using this parameter with S3 on Outposts with the AWS SDK and CLI, you must specify the ARN of the bucket accessed in the format arn:aws:s3-outposts:<Region>:<account-id>:outpost/<outpost-id>/bucket/<my-bucket-name>. For example, to access the bucket reports through outpost my-outpost owned by account 123456789012 in Region us-west-2, use the URL encoding of arn:aws:s3-outposts:us-west-2:123456789012:outpost/my-outpost/bucket/reports. The value must be URL encoded.

REQUIRED Name => Str

The name you want to assign to this access point.

PublicAccessBlockConfiguration => Paws::S3Control::PublicAccessBlockConfiguration

The PublicAccessBlock configuration that you want to apply to the access point.

VpcConfiguration => Paws::S3Control::VpcConfiguration

If you include this field, Amazon S3 restricts access to this access point to requests from the specified virtual private cloud (VPC).

This is required for creating an access point for Amazon S3 on Outposts buckets.
