Added validate_encoded_points method for superficially checking the encoded points string [Robert Rothenberg].

encode lat/lons to Google Maps Polylines

To install Geo::Google::PolylineEncoder, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::Google::PolylineEncoder

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::Google::PolylineEncoder
