Require that our distribution has a particular command available

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CheckBin, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CheckBin

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CheckBin
