- minimum Perl version is 5.10

- switch to Dist::Zilla, Module::Build::Tiny
- perlcritic tests now are author tests ++SREZIC

FITS utility routines

To install Astro::FITS::CFITSIO::Utils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::FITS::CFITSIO::Utils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::FITS::CFITSIO::Utils
