Changes for version 0.07 - 2022-11-15

Update system probe to always accept gzip version on stderr instead of stdout (as is the case for NetBSD and macOS) (gh#9)

Find or build gzip

To install Alien::gzip, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::gzip

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::gzip
