Changes for version 1.01
- Add porters and hirelings, with new character sheets: Hireling.svg, Mietling.svg.
- New, hand-written charactersheets, including new variants: Charactersheet-adv.svg, Charakterblatt-adv.svg.
- Bug fixes in skills and the like.
- Removed the printed character code (and its decoding) since it made everything so slow and didn't seem very useful.
