Changes for version 0.06

Only require ExtUtils::MakeMaker 6.12, to make things easier on people running Perl 5.8.

Cryptographically-secure, cross-platform replacement for rand()

The underlying PRNG, as an object.

To install Math::Random::Secure, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::Random::Secure

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::Random::Secure
