Changes for version 0.07
- Removed the use of automated open default browser behavior
- Select the compiler log tab when an error occurs
- Introduced the concept of a selector bar for options, actions and output dialogs
- Added tidy code button
- Pedro is by default full screen
- F1 tries to search for help (not fully working though)
