Create a new comment node.

Returns the value in the comment

Returns the comment with -- encoded as a numeric entity (if it exists in the comment text).

To install XML::XPath, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::XPath

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::XPath
