Changes for version 0.047 - 2023-01-07

Make XML::DoubleEncodedEntities optional. Add test entities_test, without this module but with all others, to prove it is not needed
or warn if it is, as the case may be.

Access the SIMBAD 4 astronomical database.

Fetch astronomical data from SIMBAD 4.

in lib/Astro/SIMBAD/Client/WSQueryInterfaceService.pm

To install Astro::SIMBAD::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SIMBAD::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SIMBAD::Client
