Switched to Test::Requires::Git instead of the now obsolete Test::Git::has_git(). Thank you, Philippe Bruhat!
Cleaned up dependencies.
Relicensed under Perl 5 terms.

Detect discrepancies between the ticket ID specified by the branch name and the one in the commit message.

To install App::GitHooks::Plugin::MatchBranchTicketID, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::GitHooks::Plugin::MatchBranchTicketID
